Sponsors monthly exhibits showcasing artists from amateur to professional, from the other side of the road and from the other side of the world.Develops exhibit partnerships with other community organizations: Schools - an annual Student Show Senior citizen centers - geriARTrics exhibits Pioneer Historical Society - inaugurated statewide Whiskey Rebellion Bicentennial County Planning Commission - Lincoln Highway Art and Artifacts Exhibit Garden Club - flower show during the annual Garden Art exhibit Habitat for Humanity - birdhouses built by Habitat and decorated by artists, auctioned to benefit both organizations Your Safe Haven shelter for victims of abuse - "Daddy's Red, Mommy's Blue," an exhibit of art by abused children "Japanese-American Watercolor Exhibition" compared and contrasted the work of Japanese artists with their American counterparts. The BCAC sponsored the exhibit with three other area arts facilities |

for adults Publishes Art Matters, a monthly newsletter advertising regional opportunities and events, and exhibiting the prose and poetry of area authors Sponsors classes and workshops for children and adults Provides rent-free space for other community service activities such as flu shot clinics, literacy tutoring, scout leader training, and meetings of other non-profit organizations |
