Saturday Morning Concerts for Kids & Families

The Bedford County Arts Council in cooperation with LOCALITY Gallery + Workshop presents the first in a series of Saturday Morning Concerts for children and families. Please join us Saturday, January 26th at the Bedford Center for the Arts beginning at 10:30 a.m. when we welcome Martin and Ashley from the Colin McCann Band! They will be performing an array of kids songs as well as rock and folk classics that are sure to delight and entertain the whole family!

Friday Night Music Series

Join us for an enjoyable evening of enertainment provided by Red Clover Ghost. The fun begins at 7:30 PM at the Anderson House. $5 donation at the door. Kids are free. Handicapped accessible. For more information and to hear their music go to our Friday Night Music Page.

 

New Releases

  • We mourn the loss of Kathryn Miller, a woman of quiet courage and uncommon grace. She welcomed Arts Center visitors for fifteen years, dispensing smiles and tidbits of local history. She was dearly loved and she will be sorely missed.

    Local artist Kevin Kutz will have his paintings on display and for sale at the Bedford County Arts Center in the Anderson House located on East Pitt Street from December 1 to January 1.

  • The multimedia show at the Bedford County Arts Center includes original works of painting, photography and sculpture by artists from around the region.

    25th Annual Show, by Megan Miller

    From a Venice Morning photograph and concrete leaves to a Shadow and a skirt made from ties, the medium is as varied as the content on display at the Bedford County Arts Center this month.
